My company does not sponsor recommendations for outside vendors, however we are allowed to provide anonymous statements via department to the vendor to use as he sees appropriate. Being the manager for our purchasing and procurement department I will state that I was convinced that no one could make our floors look anything close to good. I had already procured three bids from flooring companies in the CCR data base to replace the floors on the belief that nothing positive could be done with them. Qualcor did the work they do and changed our floors to something that can only be described as spectacular, saved us a substantial some of money in the process and stunned all the VIP's in this complex. We are now looking into all the services this company provides. The words on his site, "We watch you property, you watch your business," really fits this company.
