Qualcor Inc. has been in business since May of 1989. We started as a Federal Contractor performing Tampa and Orlando cleaning services. Our work has mostly been with the USPS, the Federal Procurement Index and local hospitals, clinics and restaurants.

We are ready to expand the scope of our business and we would love to add you as a new client to our long-proven Central Florida cleaning operation. Being the only contractor that offers an open-end contract allows us to meet your needs exactly.

At Qualcor, we always take the necessary steps to properly insure, scope, and execute our Orlando and Tampa Commercial cleaning and that all OSHA regulations that apply are met.
